海南省农村青年情绪智力调查研究

Hainan Rural Youth Emotional Intelligence Investigation and Study

采用适用青年情绪智商的量表,随机对农村18-35周岁青年调查。结果显示:农村青年及四个维度相对于受高等教育的同龄人情绪智商常模低;男性青年情绪智商比女性的高;已婚青年情绪智商的比未婚的高;外出务工青年情绪智商比在家务农的高,在外省务工青年情绪智商比在本省务工的高;城郊农村青年情绪智商比乡镇和偏远农村的高,而且均是差异显著。

This study applied the Youth Emotional Intelligence Scale to carry out a random survey upon the rural youth between the ages of 18 and 35.The results show that the four dimension degree of the rural youth is relatively lower than that of their peers with higher education. In terms of emotional intelligence, men are higher than women;The married higher than the single; Migrant farmers higer than those at home; Migrant workers to other provinces higher than those in their province; surburban youth higher than the yourth in rural and romote areas. Besides, the difference was sifnificant.
