摘要
基于鲁东地区A村烟草种植大户雇工的典型考察发现,农业生产中雇佣关系的维持离不开农村社会人情与利益的支持,雇佣关系呈现一种"权宜理性"。与经济理性不同,"权宜理性"存在不同形态,随着时间、场域和对象的变化而变化。雇主在面对熟人时,往往强调雇主与雇工之间关系的远近,用关系拴住雇工;雇主在面对外村人或者陌生人时,则强调经济利益,用经济利益来维持彼此之间的合作关系。在雇佣关系的场域中,权宜理性是有范围和边界的,其实质是社会关系的再平衡。
