农民科技培训效用及其影响因素的比较分析——基于山东省389份问卷调查数据

摘要 基于山东省389份农民问卷调查数据,运用有序Logit模型,实证分析了农民科技培训的效用及其影响因素。结果表明,科技培训的效用显著,当农民的参与度提升一个等级时,他们在生产中应用培训所获得技术的机率增加1.268倍。不同类型科技培训的效用存在差异性,与村集体组织的培训相比,行业协会、农业类高校(研究机构)培训的效用更明显,后者可使农民在生产中应用的机率分别增加0.784倍和3.49倍。 Based on the data of 389 farmers in Shandong Province, using ordered Logit model, the effectiveness and the influencing factors of the farmers’ scientific and technical training are analyzed. The result showed that the efficiency of the training of science and technology is significant. The probability of the technology application will increase 1.268 times when the former participate move up to next level. There are differences in the effectiveness of different types of technology training, compared with the training of village collective organizations, industry associations, agricultural universities(research institutes) training effectiveness is more obvious, the latter ones can increase the chances of farmer to use in the production by 0.784 times and 3.49 times.
