高等教育社会化的创新模式分析——以高校思想政治教育与社区服务相结合为视角

An Analysis of the Innovative Socialization Mode of Higher Education: From the Perspective of the Integration of University Ideological and Political Education and Community Service

高等教育社会化，是当前我国高等教育发展的必然选择和趋势所向。其中，思想政治教育是一项重要内容，它旨在培养“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的社会主义接班人。但是，长期以来，我国高校思想政治教育虽经多次革新，却始终存在形式主义、功利主义等不足。如何在新世纪改革和发展我国高校思想政治教育，使之走向社会化，是摆在我们面前的重要课题。通过对当前高校思想政治教育走入社区、与社区服务相结合的现状进行调查研究，找出存在的问题和不足，在借鉴发达国家思想政治教育与社区服务相结合的模式和经验的基础上，提出了我国当前高校思想政治教育社会化的创新模式。

Socialization of higher education is the inevitable trend of the development of higher education in China. As an important part of higher education, ideological and political education aims to cultivate the “ideal, moral, cultural, disciplined” successor of socialist cause. However, the long-term ideological and political education has undergone many reforms, but it still suffers formalism and utilitarianism. It is an urgent task for us to reform and develop by socialization the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. With the investigation of how ideological and political education of colleges and universities walks into communities and is integrated with communities public service, this paper presents the insufficiency and problems. Based on the advanced modes and experience of ideological and political education of colleges and universities integrating with communities public service from developed countries, this paper proposes the innovative socialization modes of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
