Enhance Governance Capability to Prevent Risks of Decision Making——A Case Study of Pingjiang Thermal Power Project Event

在社会快速发展和急剧变迁的转型期,社会分化、社会紧张、社会不安全、社会不稳定的风险日益增加。当前领导干部治理观念与能力滞后于多元化社会发展的要求,因决策违法与失误引发的社会震荡甚至社会撕裂时有发生,因此,要改变信息沟通不畅的管理体系,建立起政府与多元社会主体之间信息顺畅交流的治理体系以防范风险。

In the transitional society of fast--development and rapid changes, the risks of social differentiation, social tension, social insecurity, and social instability increase day by day. The governance idea and capability of the present leading cadres lag behind of the requirement of diversified social development, so social unrest even social conflicts occasionally occur due to illegal or wrong decision making. Therefore, the governance system of impeded communication should be changed, and the governance system of successful communication between the government and diversified social subjects should be built to prevent risks.
