从舆情热度探析新媒体语境下突发群体性事件的新闻发布意识——基于“汕头事件”的实证考察

Analysis of News Release Consciousness of Sudden Mass Incidents in the Context of New Media from the Public Opinion Heat——Empirical Research Based on “Shantou Event”

文章通过过程追踪、数据分析、文本分析等方法,梳理出"汕头事件"的舆情发展过程和发展规律。研究发现,由于地方政府缺乏互动传播理念,最终导致舆情不断升级和裂化。在分析经验案例的基础上,笔者尝试提出政府新闻发布应该具备的几点规范性意识和策略。

In this paper,the author would tease out the public opinion development process and lawof ＂Shantou Event＂through the methods of process tracing,data analysis and text analysis. The study found that because local government lacked interactive communication idea,public opinion eventually escalated and disintegrated. On the basis of the empirical case,the author would propose some ways of normative consciousness and strategy for the government to release news.
