舟山地区成人手长与身高关系研究

A study on the relationship between height and hand length among adults in Zhoushan

目的分析成人不同性别间身高与手长的关系.方法按照分层整群抽样的方法调查舟山地区415名20～80岁成人的身高、体重和手长,用t检验比较不同性别手长,用逐步进入法建立手长与身高、体重和体质指数的回归方程,通过协方差分析交互作用比较回归系数.结果415名调查对象身高为（163.60±8.04） cm,体重为（61.60±11.44）kg,手长为（17.86±1.08）cm,其中男性身高、体重及手长均高于女性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.男性、女性成人以及全人群手长均与其身高有关（r=0.462、0.454和0.717,P〈0.05）,不同性别人群手长回归方程的系数相同（P=0.882）.结论成年男性、女性手长均与其身高有关,男性比女性手长,不同性别人群中身高对手长的影响程度相同.

Objective To analyze the relationship between height and hand length among adults. Methods According to the stratified cluster sampling method,a total of 415 adults were selected for physical examination. T- test was used to compare the height,body weight and hand length between male and female adults. Regression equation of hand length was established by enter method. The regression coefficients were compared through interaction by the analysis of covariance.Results The height of participants was 163. 60 ± 8. 04 cm,the weight was 61. 60 ± 11. 44 kg and the hand length was17. 86 ± 1. 08 cm. The height,body weight and hand length of males were higher than those of females. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The hand lengths of males,females and all the crowd were related to the heights( r =0. 462,0. 454 and 0. 717,P < 0. 05),respectively,and the regression coefficients have no significant differences in gender groups( P = 0. 882). Conclusion Hand length is related to their height both among male and female adults,the hand length of males is longer than that of females. The heights have the same impact on the hand length in both males and females.
