摘要
农村居民点用地整治是提高农村土地集约化程度和用地效率,促进农村土地有序、合理科学利用,改善农村生活环境,建设社会主义新农村的重要手段,而土地整治潜力分析测算是编制土地整治规划和开展土地整治项目的重要前期研究,本文总结了农村居民点用地整治潜力分析方法并应用于实践,同时提出了农村居民点用地整治的政策措施。
Rural and residential land use consolidation can improve land use efifciency and the rural ecological environment. The approach is important for promoting an orderly, systematic, rational, and efifcient transition from rural to urban land use. The analysis of the potential for land use consolidation is an important step in consolidation planning and management. This paper summarizes potential methods of analysis of rural and residential land consolidation (the Land Consolidation Project) and applies the method in a case study in the Minhang District, Shanghai. The study also proposes implementation policies and measures.
