我国女性腐败的现状、成因与对策研究——基于近400个报道案例的分析

The Present Situation,Causes and Countermeasures of Chinese Women Corruption: Empirical Analysis of some 400 Corruption Cases

文章基于《中国妇女报》2000～2009年的腐败案例报道，通过内容分析考察女性腐败的现状与特征。研究结果表明，女性腐败大致可以分为主体与客体两个方面，前者是指女性干部、妻女与情妇等女性角色的腐败，后者主要指女性作为权力腐败的受害者。研究认为女性角色的内生失范效应与制度失范的软约束为权力腐败提供了客观条件，为此对性别腐败应该从角色调整与权力制约两方面进行。

Based on of a newspaper report of female corruption cases from 2000 to 2009,the paper analyses the status quo and characteristics of female corruption. The result of the study shows that,female corruption can be roughly divided into the subject and the object. The former includes corruption of women cadres,wives and daughters and mistresses,while the latter mainly refers to power corruption with women as victims. The paper points out that the effect of endogenous anomie of female roles and the system anomie of soft restraint provide objective conditions,which proposes that curb of gender corruption should be conducted from the two aspects of role adjustment and power system. It also points out the difficulty and limitation of this research.
