互联网环境下基于SCOR模型的中国农产品供应链构建策略

Strategies on Planning and Designing Chinese Agricultural Products E-Supply Chain Based on SCOR Model

基于国际供应链协会的SCOR模型,概括了互联网环境下中国传统农产品供应链"多""散""弱""大""高"等5大特点,并进一步分析指出该农产品供应链存在着诸如供应链结构单一、弱契约约束、农产品价值损失大、牛鞭效应严重和供应链风险监控难等5大问题。针对上述问题和基于SCOR模型优化方法,从供应链拓扑结构构建、物流模式选择、平台功能规划、绩效评价以及政府作用等5个方面对互联网环境下中国农产品供应链的构建策略提出了建议。

Based on the famous Supply Chain Operation Reference( SCOR) Model proposed by the International Supply Chain Council,this paper suggests that the Chinese agricultural products are characterized with 'numerousness','diversity','weakness','bigness'and 'highness'. It also puts forward problems of the Chinese agricultural products such as the single structure of the supply chain,soft contractual constraint,great loss of the agricultural products,serious bullwhip effect and hard risk control of the supply chain. Chinese agricultural products supply chain under the internet environment should be constructed from the aspects of the construction of the topological structure,choice of the logistic model,regulation of the platform functions,performance appraisal and the government role.
