高等职业教育实践教学师资队伍建设现状及思考

Thinking on Teaching Personnel Situation of Practical Teaching of Higher Vocational Education

高等职业院校是我国技术技能型人才培养的重要阵地,具有较强实践操作能力的师资队伍是高技能人才培养的重要保障。本文从分析发达国家实践教学师资队伍建设的情况入手,分析研究了我国职业院校实践教学师资队伍建设的现状及存在的问题,最后对我国职业院校实践教学师资队伍的建设提出了一些建议和措施,以资为职业教育健康发展提供重要参考。

Higher vocational colleges is an important institution for training skilled talents,and teachers with strong practical ability is an important guarantee for skilled talents cultivation.This paper analyzes the teachers＇ situation in developed countries,studies the present situation and problems of teaching personnel in vocational college,and puts forward some suggestions and measures on how to improve teachers＇ practical ability to develop vocational education.
