高校助学金评定发放中存在的问题及对策研究

The Problems and Countermeasures for Assessment and Distribution of the State Grants in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,党和国家为了体现对贫困大学生的关怀和鼓励,不断加大对他们的资助力度,很大程度上缓解了我国贫困学生求学难的问题。贫困资助力度增大,作用空前,但是也相继产生了一些问题。本文首先分析了高职院校在国家助学金评定中存在的不足与问题,接着根据自己的实际工作经验,对存在的问题做一些研究,并提出建议,希望给高职院校中负责学生资助工作的老师们提供一个参考。

In recent years,the Party and the government continuously strengthen their funding for needy college students,which reflects the Party and the government＇s great concern and supporting for needy college students and to a great extent which alleviates the needy college students into the college.However,the new funding policy also causes some problems.The paper first analyzes the shortcomings in the course of the state grants assessment of higher vocational colleges.Next,the author has a research on existing problems according to practical work experience and puts forward some suggestions.Finally the author hopes that the paper can be reference for related teachers in higher vocational colleges.
