冷弯薄壁C型钢PEC柱的承载能力分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究冷弯薄壁带肋C型钢部分外包组合柱(PEC柱)的轴心受力性能,采用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS对2组14根带纵向折角肋的冷弯薄壁C型钢PEC柱进行模拟分析,通过模拟得到冷弯薄壁带肋C型钢PEC柱的破坏模式、承载能力、荷载-位移曲线和应力分布.结果表明:混凝土使冷弯薄壁C型钢的屈曲破坏得到很大程度的缓解;冷弯薄壁C型钢对混凝土的约束使混凝土强度得到充分发挥;冷弯薄壁C型钢的强度、刚度和稳定性明显提高. In order to study axial force performance of a partially encased cold-bent thin-wall C-shaped steel composite column (PEC column), simulative analysis of 2-grouped 14 cold-bent thin-wall C-shaped steel PEC columns with axially deflected ribs was carried out with nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Their failure mode, bearing capacity, load-displacement curve and stress distribution were obtained. The result showed that the buckling failure of the composite column was eased to a great extent because of concrete involvement, and the strength of the concrete was brought into full play because of the constraint effect of the shaped steel, the ultimate bearing capacity, stiffness, and stability of the col&bent thin-wall C-shaped steel were improved obviously.
