老龄化背景下医学院校开展中医老年心理养生教育的思考

中医老年心理养生学说博大精深，可以指导当代老龄化社会老年心理养生体系的构建，为医学院校开展中医老年心理养生教育提供了广阔的发展前景。老龄化背景下医学院校开展中医老年心理养生教育可以采取以下具体措施：开设中医老年心理养生教育相关课程，作为临床医学专业老年医学方向、护理学、康复治疗学等专业基础课程；学生定期到社区和养老机构开展社会实践活动，以及到老年病科见习和实习；整合教学资源，建设优秀的师资队伍；教学进程的科学化设计，包括教学方法的改进、考核方式的多元化、网络课程建设等。
