摘要
基于高等教育结构理论,在宏观层面探讨了大众教育与精英教育的区别,明确卓越医生教育培养计划的本质是新时代的行业精英教育。在微观结构层面,将卓越医生班的专业英语教学定位为行业英语,设计医学行业英语课程体系、选取临床实践相关教学材料、建设模拟医院情景的语言实验室、打造由高校教师与医院医生组成的“跨界”教师团队、实施个性化的导师制管理。在个体结构层面,凝练了卓越医生的英语素质模型,对医学行业英语的各项能力要求做出明确规定。宏观结构研究指明了卓越医生英语教学模式的总体方向,微观结构研究明确了卓越医生英语教学模式的主要内容,个体结构研究指出了卓越医生英语教育模式的最终落脚点,三者结合成为一个有机整体。
Based on the educational structure theory, the difference between mass education and elite education is probed at the macroscopic level to make it clear that the essence of"Physician education and training program of excellence" is elite education for occupational purposes; at the mi-croscopic level the orientation of English teaching for the class of"excellent physicians" is determined as English for occupational purposes. Moreover, the curriculum system of medical English is designed, and teaching materials associated with clinical medicine are selected, the language laboratory simulat-ing hospital scenes is constructed, and the transboundary team of teachers is built comprising university teachers and doctors in hospitals. At the level of individual, the competency model of English for"excellent physicians"has been developed, English competence requirements in medical industry being clearly established . In a word , the study of macrostructure points out the direction and target of English teaching for excellent physicians; the study of microstructure perfects the mode of English teaching for"excellent physicians"and the study of individual structure indicates the ultimate foothold of English education for"excellent physicians". Three aspects are integrated into an organic whole.
