构建系统的基层医疗创业教育体系研究

我国医疗水平发展极不平衡，社区和广大农村地区基层医疗卫生发展严重落后。基于我国医学院校开展创业教育的现状。需要系统整合社会资源，对不同层次的医学生和医疗工作者开展有针对性的创业教育，进行基层医疗创业活动。构建公私合营的纵向医疗网络体系，开放基层医疗卫生市场，并加强全科医学专业大学生及在职医师的基层医疗创业教育。通过开设小型医院、门诊、老年医疗养老院等医疗卫生机构，解决人们日益增长的健康需求以及医疗卫生落后地区的基本医疗需求。

The medical services in different districts develop differently in china, and medical services in countryside are insufficient. According to the present situation of entrepreneurship education in medical colleagues, the government, medical institutions and all other social force should work to- gether to improve the entrepreneurial capacity of different degree medical students and medical per- sonnel with corresponding entrepreneurship education. Constructing the public-private-partnership medical network system and opening basic medical health market should be considered. The entre- preneursbip education should be carried out for students of general practice and doctor. Small hospitals, section for outpatients and medicare nursing home should be established in community and country- side to address the growing health needs of the health and the basic medical requirements for medical and health areas.
