摘要
2012年被称为MOOC元年,其影响力迅速扩大,在教育界、培训界、政府管理部门乃至风险投资界掀起了一场在线教育风暴。但研究表明,虽然其学习者数量众多,但完成率较低,仅5-8%,除了MOOC本身的开放性和课程参与的自愿性以外,也可能存在着在课程运营过程中对用户的主动关注及干预较小的原因。2013年初,奥鹏教育致力于利用MOOC改善现有课程学习服务水平,开展MOOC试点课程建设与运营。本文以奥鹏教育自建MOOC课程《有效提升学习力》为例,试图研究并实践如何运用互联网教育新思维,改进传统网络课程的建设与运营方式,增加在线课程粘性,提高课程完成率,优化学习体验与学习价值。
Ever since its embarkment in 2012, MOOC has been rapidly sweeping a variety of industries, including education, training, governmental management and even venture capital, and the like. But some researchers fi nd that though learners participated in a large number, only 5-8% of them fi nished their courses. This is likely to be attributed to less active attention and prevention to learners, in addition to MOOC's characteristics of openness and autonomous learning. To improve the levelof MOOC-based learning support service, the Open Edutainment initiated a pilot program in the beginning of 2013. This paper samples the course How to improve Your Learning Ability Effectively to demonstrate approaches to exploring new E-learning concept and upgrading construction and operation of traditional online courses, so as to help learners achieve better learning experience and value, strengthen their viscosity, and increase their completion rate.
