对推行法律援务公开机制的实证研究——以湖南援务公开制度为例

An Empirical Study on the Open System of Legal Aid——Taking Hunan as an Example

通过对湖南法律援助实务公开制度的现状考察,整理出湖南省现行援务公开制度对湖南法律援助工作的三点作用,发现湖南援务公开制度存在的问题并提出三点发展建议,一是针对援务公开存在的阻力建议提高保障水平和实行援助经费的动态增长;二是加强援务公开规范化建设;三是重视援务公开原始资料在援务公开功能发挥中的基础性作用,以充分发挥法律援助工作在服务社会管理创新、保障民生方面的重要作用。

Through analyzing the current situation of open system of legal aid practice in Hunan, this paper sorts out three points that the present aid affairs system of Hunan Province on the legal aid work, and puts forward three suggestions for problems and development of open system of Hunan legal aid practice. Firstly, the dynamic growth of aid affairs are suggested to improve the level of protection and the aid fund; Secondly, strengthen public standardization construction of the supportive service; Thirdly, pay attention to the fundamental role of aid affairs data in supporting function publicly.
