摘要
通过以树脂为结合剂、Si C为抗氧化剂、加入8%的石墨为基础,探讨不同氧化镁含量及镁砂粒度对铝镁碳砖材料性能的的影响,并通过优化基质组成研制了钢包用铝镁碳砖,在马钢70吨钢包上取得了优良的使用效果,寿命达到100次。
With resin as binder,Si C as antioxidant,and 8% graphite been added,the paper has studied the influence on the performance of Al2O3- Mg O- C brick from different magnesium oxide content and magnesium sand degree. Through optimizing matrix composition,steel ladle exclusive Al2O3- Mg O- C brick has been developed,thus the 70 ton ladle has reached good explored effect in Ma Steel,which can used for 100 times.
