拟建的瑞云文化艺苑项目位于小西山沟两岸,分析评价建设项目对河道防洪的影响和洪水对建设项目的影响,针对存在的问题提出补救措施,不仅为河道顺利行洪提供技术支持,也为项目安全提供技术保障。

Ruiyun culture garden Project is located in both sides of the Xiaoxishan Brook. This paper analyses the interaction of project and flood, and then proposes the remedy measures for the existing problems. It not only provides technical support for the River course flood passing unleashing the flood,but also provides technical guarantee for project security.
