摘要 辽宁省西部地区发生建国以来最严重干旱,针对旱情,现有的土壤墒情监测数据已不能直观地反映干旱及旱情发展情势。文中以辽阳市干旱等级划分应用实践为例,介绍了采用年内降水量、土壤墒情数据建立简单干旱指标的评价方法。 Since the worst drought of Liaoning west area happened at 2006 year, the province-wide large area drought has happened at 2014 year. According to the recent drought, the existing soil moisture monitoring data has can't intuitively reflect the situation and development of drought. This paper takes application of Liaoyang drought classification for example, and then introduces the method that using precipitation in a year and soil moisture data to set up the simple drought index evaluation.
