摘要
有效开发利用非常规水源可以缓解缺水地区水资源短缺的状况,非常规水源对经济发展方式转变、促进节水技术和解决水资源短缺供需矛盾具有重要意义。文中对河北省非常规水利用现状、潜力及存在问题进行了分析,提出了对策建议。
Effective development and utilization of unconventional water can alleviate situation of water resources shortage area,unconventional water resources is of great significance to the transformation of the pattern of economic development and promote water-saving technologies and solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources shortage.The unconventional water utilization,potential and existing problems of Hebei province is analyzed and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
