摘要
为了研究水工混凝土抗环境水溶出性侵蚀机理,研制了一种新型水工混凝土抗环境水侵蚀实验系统。该系统由过水系统和电子测量系统组成,可以模拟软水侵蚀、碳酸性侵蚀、一般酸性侵蚀和复合环境水侵蚀等对水工混凝土的表面溶蚀。侵蚀介质的p H值和电导率随时间的历时关系由电子测量系统自动采集,侵蚀后的试件可采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等微观测试手段进一步分析。该系统可用于受环境水侵蚀的挡水建筑、输水道和沟渠等混凝土的耐久性评价,也可以为受环境水侵蚀的水工混凝土配合比设计提供依据。
To investigate the erosion mechanism of hydraulic concrete by environmental water, a newly designed experimental system for erosion resistance of hydraulic concrete against environmental water was developed. The system consists of a water-passing system and an electronic measurement system,and can simulate the surface erosion of hydraulic concrete by softwater, carbonated water, general acidic water and multi- erosion environmental water. The history of p H and conductivity of environmental water with time can be automatically collected by the electronic measurement system.The erded samples can be analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The system can be applied to the durability evaluation of water retaining buildings, water pipes and ditches eroded by environmental water. It can also provide references for the design mix of hydraulic concrete.
