摘要
在南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程渠道衬砌施工过程中,部分区段渠道衬砌混凝土表面外观质量差,不仅产生了很多裂缝,而且冬季过后在渠底和渠坡水位变化区,出现了较为普遍的冻融剥蚀破坏。为提高渠道衬砌混凝土的耐久性,采用掺加纤维进行渠道混凝土衬砌试验,并取得了成功,为南水北调中线工程其他段渠道混凝土衬砌施工提供了宝贵经验。
During the hydro canal lining construction of th e urgent water supply project for the section of Beijing-Shijiazhuang,which is a part of China's National South-to-North Water Diversion Project,some surface quality issues and cracks were identified on the canal concrete liner in a few sections. These problems have become especially obvious after a winter season; the freeze thaw damages and denudation on the concrete liner were severe. At the bottom and slope sides within the water level changing zones,the freeze thaw damages and denudation have become a widespread common problem. In order to improve the durability of the concrete liner,experiments were performed using fibre reinforced concrete liner,and the results came out positive and successful. This pilot program has provided very valuable data and experience to the quality improvement of hydro canal concrete lining construction for the other sections of the overall South-North Water Diversion Project.
