暗杆式双向止水闸门设计

Design of the dark bar type double water stop gate

为了满足工程美观、双向挡水的要求,设计了暗杆式双向止水闸门。闸门将承重螺母安装在闸板顶部,承重螺母材质采用新型高强度塑料合金;闸框封水面开凹形槽,槽内设置弹性体及硬止水条;闸框材料为灰铸铁,闸板材料可采用铸铁、碳钢或不锈钢。该闸门实现了暗杆启闭、双向挡水功能。

In order to satisfy the engineering aesthetics, two-way water retaining, dark bar type two-way water stop valve is designed. The gate will load bearing nut installed on the top of the gate, bearing nut adopts the new type of high strength plastic alloy. Brake box sealing surface concave groove, groove set elastomer and hard water stop. Frame materials for gray cast iron, ram materials can be used cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel. The gates realized non-rising stem lifts and two-way water retaining function.
