传染病医院预防控制及其感染管理的措施分析

Analysis of Prevention and Management Measures of Nosocomial Infection in Infectious Disease Hospital

目的:分析医院内感染危险因素,探讨预防控制传染病医院感染的有效管理对策。方法:通过加强组织领导,独立设科,建章立制,严格把好传染病医院预防控制的质控关和抗菌药物的合理使用,加强院内感染预防控制知识培训、重点科室的督查管理和各部门之间的协调,分析院内感染管理科对院内传染病的防控措施及效果。结果:提高了医护人员对医院感染管理重要性的认识,使得传染病医院内感染管理制度与措施得以落实,有效防控了院内感染。结论:防控传染病医院内感染可提升医务人员对院内感染防控意识,增强管理实效,提高了临床治疗水平和护理质量,降低了传染病医院内传染病的发生率。

Objective： To analyze of the present situation of infection management of the infectious disease hospital and to explore the effective prevention and management measures of nosocomial infection in infectious diseases hospital. Methods： Our methods are establishing rules and regulatiion reinforcing organination, setting up independent departmentments, strictly contralling preventing of infections diseases and rationally using anti-microbinal drugs. Besides we analyzed strengthening hospital infection prevention and control knowledge training, the key departments of supervision and management of the coordination between the various departments, the nosocomial infectious disease prevention, control measures and effect played by the the department of nosocomial infection management. Results： To improve the recognition of the importance of management of hospital infection among medical staff, the infectious disease hospital infection management system and measures were implemented. The nosocomial infections were effectively prevented and controlled. Conclusion： Infectious diseases prevention and control of nosocomial infection can promote the medical staff having hospital infection control and prevention consciousness. The management efficiency was enhanced.The level of clinical treatment and nursing quality were improved. The incidence of nosocomial infection of infectious diseases was reduced.
