摘要
某贮煤筒仓自燃后,通过对过火混凝土表面颜色、敲击声音、裂缝等性状进行检测,并结合X射线衍射分析、强度检测等手段,对仓壁过火混凝土进行损伤区域划分,并根据区域划分,判定每个区域的损伤程度。最终根据不同的损伤程度进行了相应的加固处理,取得了良好的加固效果和经济效益。
Based on a spontaneous combustion of coal storage silos,the concrete surface color by fire,knocking sounds,detect cracks and other traits are detected. Combined with X-ray diffraction analysis,strength testing and other means,the damage regions of warehouse fire wall concrete are divided,and according regions,the degree of damage is determined for each region.Finally the corresponding reinforcement is conducted on the basis of the alamege extent,and good results and economic benefits are achieved.
