摘要
以α-FeOOH为原料经化学沉淀一局部规整法在不同的焙烧温度下制备了棒状ZnFe204,经XRD、SEM、VSM测试表明,750℃下产物为纯相ZnFe2O4,其颗粒长度为0.4~1.4μm。长径比为2—15。由于α-FeOOH的模板作用使其经化学沉淀后的前驱体也为棒状形貌,经焙烧后得到了形貌得以保持的棒状产物ZnFe2O4,从而实现了原料模板对产物形貌的控制。
Using α-FeOOH as raw materials, rod-shaped ZnFe204 was prepared by chemical precipitation-toptactic reaction method under different calcination temperature. By XRD, SEM, VSM tests showed that the synthesized ZnFe204 was pure phase without impurity under the 750℃. Its particle length ranged between 0. 4 and 1.4μm,asbect ratio ranged from 2 to 15. Due to the effect of the template of α-FeOOH, the morphology of the precursor was rod-shaped after chemical precipitation, after roasting the products ZnFe2O4 was obtained and the morphology was kept to rod-shaped. So as to realize the control of the raw material template to the morphology of the product.
