摘要
为提高太阳能工业级利用,满足工业生产对太阳能中—高温光热转换装置的专项需求,进行真空玻璃管特定型面设计。通过光路分析与计算对比,用126个仿弧微线段替代普通真空玻璃管的玻璃弧面,并令各线段按计算角度θ108ii微旋转。试验证明,此特定型面能使菲涅尔镜折射光的光损得到最大限度降低,对提升菲涅尔镜的聚焦效率有明显作用。
A specific vacuum glass tube was designed to meet the needs of industrial solar application and medium-high photo -thermal conversion device. After analysis and calculating of the optical path, the glass cambered surface was replaced by 126 simulated microθii108 segments that can rotate slightly by θii108 The loss of refracted light of Fresnel lens can be greatly controlled by the resulted specific surface. Therefore, focusing efficiency of Fresnel lens is apparently enhanced.
