摘要
建立了食品中总汞快速准确的测定方法。使用测汞仪,采用样品直接进样法,对芹菜、大葱、鸡肉等10种标准物质中的汞含量进行了测定,结果表明,在0.2~100ng范围内线性良好,10种标准物质的检测结果均在标示值范围内。使用测汞仪直接测定食品中总汞含量,具有灵敏度高、快捷、不受前处理影响等优点,便于推广,适用于各类食品中总汞的快速测定。
A rapid and accurate method for the determination of total mercury in food was established. The samples were analyzed using a model Hydra II mercury analyzer by direct injection. Experimental conditions were obtained by the analysis of 10 kinds of the certified reference materials such as celery, onion, chicken, etc. The results showed that a good linearity was demonstrated in the range of 0. 2 100 ng, and all the found values were in good accordance with the certified values. The proposed method has high sensitivity, quick analytical speed, and it had no effect by sample pretreatment. This approach provides a viable alternative for rapid determination of total mercury in food.
