摘要
试样用HCl和HNO3分解,制成含2%~3%王水的样品溶液,在最佳条件下,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定样品中铁的含量。方法相对标准偏差RSD(n=12)为0.41%~1.6%,精密度和准确度均符合地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范(区域地球化学普查样品化学成分分析)要求。适用于地球化学调查样品批量样品中铁的测定,方法已应用于实际工作中,结果满意。
The sample solution containing 2% - 3% aqua regia was obtained after the samples were decomposed by mixed acid of HC1 and HNO3. The contents of iron in geochemical samples were determined by ICP-OES under the optimized conditions. The relative standard deviation(RSD,n= 12) was 0.41%~1.6%. The precision and accuracy of the method could meet the requirement of the test quality management standard of geology and mineral resources of laboratory (chemical composition analysis of regional geochemical survey samples). The method is suitable for the determination of iron in geochemical sample for batch analysis, and it has been applied for practical work with satisfactory results.
