摘要
针对铜硫矿中铜含量较高的特性,建立了适合该试样的配料比、高温熔融,金、银与铅形成合金,利用其比重悬殊与熔渣分离,将铅扣灰吹得金、银合粒,用硝酸分金,用重量法测定金量,用容量法测定银量。方法的相对标准偏差0.66%~4.8%,加标回收率96.5%~100.6%,方法准确度高、精密度好,可应用于生产及贸易结算中。
Appropriate sample proportion was determined according to the characteristics of high copper content in copper sulfide ore. Gold and silver could be alloyed with lead through high temperature melting then they were separated from the slag by great disparity of their proportion . The lead button was cupellated and gold and silver particles were obtained. The content of gold was determined by gravimetric method after the gold and silver alloy were dissolved by nitric acid, and silver was determined by volumetric method. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was 0. 66%-4. 8% with 96. 5%- 100.6% recoveries. The method has high accuracy, good precision, and it can be applied to production and trade settlement.
