摘要
介绍八棱柱下料方式制作贴面用集成材的生产工艺。该工艺按照原木内接正八边形下料,再与对应规格的等边直角三棱柱组拼成集成材厚板,厚板经过纵向分解成薄板,最终拼接成需要厚度的集成材。该工艺的原木利用率较传统工艺可提高40%以上,且所使用设备与传统工艺基本相同,不需要大量购置设备或改造设备,适合传统集成材厂家的工艺、技术升级改造。
Discussed the manufacturing process of laminated veneer lumber with processing method of machining timbers into octagon prisms. With the technique discussed in the present work, the utilization rate was improved by more than 40%compared to the traditional method, whilst the primary equipment used were mostly same as in traditional method. Therefore, no major procurement on equipment or reconfiguration of existing equipment was necessary and hence it was deemed to be a viable and economic technology upgrade for many traditional laminated veneer lumber manufacturer.
