摘要
针对武器装备全寿命周期内的使用和保障费用进行分析,综合考虑武器装备使用和保障过程中的费用组成、计算方法,阐述使用保障费用分析过程、费用估算方法比较,通过灰度理论对某型特种飞机使用保障费用进行分析,确定主要影响因素,从而制定相应技术和管理措施,提高装备经费使用的效益。
The operating and support Cost of weapon equipment are analyzed. By considering its cost composition and calculation in operating and support, the process of cost analysis and comparison of the estimation methods are explained, the main influential factor by the cost of a specialized aircraft through Grey theoretical model is also confirmed. Moreover, technical and managerial measures are implemented to increase the efficiency of costs.
