摘要
介绍了基于双对极鳍线的矩形波导空间功率合成技术,利用余弦平方渐变鳍线,在微波仿真软件CST中对渐变鳍线电路进行了优化仿真,有效提高了工作带宽和合成效率。在X波段研制了一套双对极鳍线的空间功率合成系统,并进行了测试,在相对带宽25%的宽带范围内,实现合成效率大于80%,输出功率大于30 W。
The technology of rectangular waveguide spatial power combining based on double antipodal finline is introduced. The cosine square taper line is utilized. The taper finline circuit is optimized by microwave simulation software CST, so that the bandwidth of the transition circuit is broadened significantly, and the combining efficiency is improved. The spatial power combiner system in style of double antipodal taper finline is implemented in X band. The measured results show that a combining efficiency of 80% is achieved across a relative bandwidth of 25%, and the output power is beyond 30W.
