摘要
文中结合典型案例,由浅入深地分析应对海上突发事件决策的特点,探讨在进行决策时的思维方式,并提出在应对海事突发事件决策时需注意的事项。
In view of typical cases, the paper analyzes the characteristics on the decision-making for emergencies at sea from the easy to the difficult. It studies the mode of thinking in the decision-making and proposes the points for attention in such decision-making.
