摘要
通过对航站楼大跨度钢结构安装施工技术研究和应用状况进行分析,结合厦门高崎国际机场T4航站楼钢结构的特点,从施工流程、吊装方案、临时支撑等方面分析了分段安装法的施工技术,并用MIDAS软件对分段吊装和钢结构施工过程进行仿真分析.通过工程的实施结果表明:该钢结构所采用的施工方法正确,施工管理和控制措施合理有效,可为类似工程借鉴.
Research and application situation on installation construction for long-span steel structures of the airport building are analyzed in the paper.Combining the characteristics of T4 of Xiamen International Airport,construction technology of segment installation method is analyzed from the construction process,the lifting scheme,the temporary support.The segmental hoisting and steel structure construction process are simulated by MIDAS software.The project results show that construction method used by the steel structure is correct,construction management and control measures are reasonable and effective,as can be the reference for the similar engineering.
