某院急诊国际医疗部患者就诊现状分析及管理对策

Characteristic of Medical Visits at International Emergency Medical Service and Its Management

目的了解某院急诊国际医疗部患者就诊规律及特点,为急诊国际医疗部护理人力资源的合理配置及使用提供理论依据。方法采用文献回顾法,分析2013年8月1日—2014年7月31日在某三级甲等综合性医院急诊国际医疗部就诊的患者资料,包括患者的国籍、就诊科别、日间与夜间就诊量、工作日与周末就诊量等资料。将数据录入Excel 2007进行汇总分析,探索患者就诊规律。结果某院急诊国际医疗部就诊患者来自全球103个国家,其中外籍患者共计2 052例,就诊量排在前5位的患者国籍依次为美国、加拿大、俄罗斯、英国、澳大利亚;就诊科别主要以内科、儿科为主;日间就诊量明显高于夜间,周末就诊量明显高于工作日。结论某院急诊国际医疗部就诊患者来自全球不同国家和地区,就诊科别及不同时段的就诊量具有不同特点,可根据患者就诊特点合理配置护理人力;同时,应加强护理人员的在职培训,以提高护理工作质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of medical visits at international emergency medical service , and provide a theoretical basis for nursing human resources rational allocation and for the training of multicultural knowledge for nurses . Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the data of patients from international emergency medical service in a third-level first-class hospital from August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2014, including nationality, departments of visit, the difference between day and night visits , working day and weekend visits . Results A total of 2 052 emergency patients at international emergency medical service came from 103 countries worldwide and America , Canada , Russia , the UK , Australia ranked the top five . Most patients visited internal medicine and pediatrics and there were significantly more daytime visits and weekend visits . Conclusion The emergency patients at international medical service from around the world visit different departments and in different periods. According to the characteristics of patients, reasonable allocation of nursing staff, strengthening the training of multicultural knowledge contributes to improving the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients .
