小套型住宅舒适度问题设计研究

20世纪上半叶，为了解决城市化产生的大量的住宅问题，很多工业国家，尤其是欧洲国家政府都通过严格控制每套住宅的面积标准、造价，积极干预住宅建设，尽快为中低阶层提供大量的廉价住宅，这种历史使命成为现代建筑发展的核心动因之一。正是在这样的背景下提出的小套型住宅的设计概念，主张可控的居住模式，在有限的面积里，尽可能做到适宜人居的设计。

Half of the 20th century, in order to solve the housing problem, a lot of urbanization generated by many industrial countries, particularly European governments are controlled by strict criteria each residential area, cost, actively intervene in residential construction, as soon as possible to provide a large number of low- cost housing for the lower-middle class, this historical mission to become the core of modem architectural development of one of the motives.It is in this background the author puts forward the design concept of small houses, advocating moderate living mode, in the area of limited circumstances, being comfortable design.
