摘要
以柴河水库历史洪水资料为依据,采用人工神经网络方法进行分类,利用遗传算法进行不同类别洪水参数优选,根据洪水特征选择不同的模型参数和规则进行洪水调度,为提高柴河水库及与其类似水库的洪水预报精度提供参考。
The article used flood data in the history of Caihe reservoir as the basis, took the method of artificial neural network to clas-sify, used genetic algorithm to do the optimization of different types flood parameters, scheduled the flood according to flood features of different model parameters and rules, in order to provide a reference for improving flood forecast accuracy of Caihe reservoir and similar reservoirs.
