梳理我国港口能源消耗统计现状,并以现有的统计标准和统计报表制度为基础,构建我国港口行业能耗统计监测指标体系,规范港口能耗统计工作,完善港口能耗统计监测体系,促进港口行业节能减排发展。

Statistical status quo of the port energy consumption is presented by investigation and analysis on the base of current statistical standards and reporting system. Statistics and monitor index system of domestic port energy consumption is designed to regulate the statistical work of the port energy consumption, improve the statistics monitor system of port energy consumption and promote the energy conservation and emission reduction in the port industry.
