上海松江区农民专业合作社规范管理研究

On the Standardized Management of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in Songjiang District of Shanghai

近年来,不规范管理的问题严重影响到了农民专业合作社的可持续化发展。本文以上海市松江区农民专业合作社的发展为例,按行业分类介绍了其发展现状,从合作社的经营主体、组织管理、财务管理、人才管理、准入退出机制及政府扶持和监管等方面分析了其存在的不规范问题,并结合当前上海农民专业合作社示范社的建设要求,提出促进其规范发展的相应建议。

In recent years,the problem of non-standardized management seriously affects the sustainable development of farmers ＇ professional cooperatives. Taking the development of farmers ＇ professional cooperatives in Songjiang District of Shanghai as an example,this paper introduces the development status according to the industry classification,and analyzes the problems of non-standardized management from the aspects of operating entities,organization management,financial management,personnel management,access and exit mechanism,government support and supervision,and so on. In combination with the construction requirement of demonstration cooperatives,the corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the standardized development of farmers ＇ professional cooperatives.
