区域经济增长中的所有制结构效应

Effects of Ownership Structure in the Growth of Regional Economy

在区域经济发展不平衡、地方保护和市场分割的背景下,通过构建各地区所有制部门基尼系数,分析所有制份额在区域层面分布的不均等现象和变化趋势,并进一步采用回归分析检验其与地区经济增长之间的内在联系。实证研究结果表明,所有制部门基尼系数对地区经济增长呈正U型的影响,对于超过98%的观察点来说,所有制份额分布的越均等越有利于本地的经济增长;地区经济开放和地方政府干预通过影响地区所有制结构调整而进一步促进了地区经济增长。因此,统筹区域发展必须要和所有制结构在区域层面的调整相结合。在打破地方保护和市场分割的情况下,优化所有制部门的区域布局,特别是加快中西部的所有制结构调整,这对中西部地区经济增长尤为重要。

Under the backgrounds of the imbalance development of regional economy,local protection and market segmentation,through building the Gini coefficients of regional ownership sectors,this paper analyzes the unequal phenomena of the ownership share in the distribution of the regional levels and further tests the inner link between the unequal phenomena and regional economic growth by regression. The empirical results show that the Ginicoefficient of the ownership department has positive U-shape effect on the local economic growth. For more than98% of the observations,the more equal the distribution of the ownership is,the more beneficial it is to regional economic growth. The open regional economy and local government ＇s interference promotes the regional economic growth further through affecting regions ownership structure adjustment. Therefore,the regional development must be combined with the adjustment of ownership structure at the regional level. Under the conditions of breaking local protection and market segmentation,the regional distribution of the ownership department is optimized,especially speeding up the adjustment of Midwest ownership structure,which is particularly important to the economic growth of the Midwest.
