摘要
中国社会是人情社会、关系社会,西方学者一谈到中国特色的管理,也不免强调"guanxi(关系)"的重要性,但是这些理论很少能把"关系"到底是什么及其对管理究竟有何影响说清楚,更谈不上解释中国人如何管理关系。文章回顾了中国情境下关系的定义、类型与互动原则,并对其研究局限和研究趋势进行了探析。
Society is renqing society and guanxi society in China. When it comes to management with Chinese characteristics,western scholars can not help emphasizing the importance of guanxi. But rarely can theories explain clearly what guanxi really is and its impacts on management,let alone explaining how to manage guanxi in China.The paper reviews the definition,type and interaction principles of guanxi in China,explores and analyses the limitations of the studies and research trends.
