基于20-sim的三电平逆变器的键合图模型及仿真

摘要 多电平功率变换技术难以建立精确的模型,阻碍了相关研究的发展。本研究从能量域角度出发,利用键合图理论及受控结点的思想,建立了飞跨电容型三电平逆变器的键合图模型,并在20-sim平台中进行了仿真实验,验证了该模型的准确性和有效性。 Multi-level power transform technology is difficult to establish accurate model, and hinder the development of related research. From the perspective of energy field, the article using bond graph theory and controlled junction thought established flying capacitor three-level inverter bond graph model, and simulated with 20-sim platform to verify the accuracy and validity of the model.
