成人依恋对亲密关系的影响研究

The Influence of Adult Attachment on Intimate Relationships

人格与社会学派将成人依恋定义为个体与目前同伴的持续和长久的情感联系,是成人社会生活中形成的新的实质性的依恋关系。成人依恋的性质类型对亲密关系中的认知、沟通、冲突等方面有重要影响。近年来,国内外在成人依恋对亲密关系的影响这一领域研究越来越多。文章首先解释其理论依据,对所运用的研究方法进行分类,讨论成人依恋对亲密关系影响的研究证据,试图探索与发现能有效干预亲密关系中的非安全型依恋个体的方法措施,最后在此基础上展望该领域未来研究的方向。

Personality/Social approaches defined adult attachment as a sustained and long-term emotional cormection of the individual and companion, a new material attachment relationship formed in adult social life. Adult attachment have important influence on cognition, communication and conflict. Recently, more and more studies focus on the influence of adult attachment and intimate relationship. This article explained the theoretical basis, classified the research methods, discussed the research evidence of the influence of adult attachment on intimate relationship, tried to put forward effective intervene on non-secure attachment individual in the intimate relation- ship, and looked forward to the future research direction.
