我国居民膳食营养状况与《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014—2020年)》相关目标的比较分析 被引量:49

摘要 目的:比较我国居民目前膳食营养状况与《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014—2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》)中相关目标。方法:利用2010—2012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测结果,研究我国居民食物摄入量、能量和主要营养素摄入量及营养不良性疾病与《纲要》中相关目标的差距。结果:我国居民豆类、奶类、水产品和水果摄入量均不及目标的一半;视黄醇和钙摄入明显不足,钠摄入明显过量;我国农村5岁以下儿童生长迟缓率和贫血率均与目标差距较大。结论:应以《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014—2020年)》为蓝本,改善我国居民膳食结构,提高身体素质。 Objective To compare dietary nutrition status of Chinese residents with related targets of Chinese Food and Nutrition Development Program( 2014—2020). Method We used the results of Chinese Nutrition and Health Surveillance in 2010—2012 to research the gap between related targets of the program with the food intake,energy intake,main nutrients intake,and the diseases related with malnutrition.Result Chinese residents' intake of soy,eggs,dairy,aquatic products and fruit were all less than half of the targets. Retinol and calcium intake was obviously insufficient and sodium intake was obviously excessive. Growth retardation rate and anemia rate of Chinese rural children under the age of five was far from the target. Conclusion Dietary intake of Chinese residents was not reasonable,Chinese Food and Nutrition Development Program( 2014—2020) should be a blueprint to improve the dietary structure and physical quality.
