摘要
介绍了军用脱水食品在军用食品体系中的保障作用。同时,以蔬菜和米饭为研究对象,对拟采用的组合干燥技术的先进性和可行性进行了初步探讨。研究表明,以热风干燥、微波干燥、渗透脱水为基础的组合干燥技术是一种工业化生产军用脱水食品的新途径。
Military dehydrated foods play an important role in the military foods system. With the vegetables and rice as objects,the advancement and applicability of the combination drying technology,which would be employed in the future,were preliminarily investigated. The results indicated that the combination drying technology based on hot air drying and microwave drying,along with osmotic dehydration,was a creative approach for industrially producing military dehydrated foods.
