痛泻宁颗粒联合抗抑郁药物治疗77例腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

Tongxiening Granule Combined with Antidepressant Drug Treatment of 77 Cases of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的探讨腹泻型肠易激综合征患者使用抗抑郁药与痛泻宁颗粒治疗的临床疗效分析。方法选取我院2012年5月~2014年3月收治的77例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组38例,观察组39例,对照组行痛泻宁颗粒治疗,观察组实施痛泻宁加氟西汀治疗,对两组患者疗效进行分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组总有效率71.05%,差异显著（P〈0.05）;治疗前,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分无明显差异,经治疗后,两组患者症状均有改善,但是观察组显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论腹泻型肠易激综合征患者采取痛泻宁与抗抑郁药物治疗,其效果显著,能显著改善患者心理症状,从而提高临床疗效,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome in patients with the use of anti depression medicine and the treatment of the treatment of the pain and diarrhea. Methods In our hospital in 2012 may ~ 2014 March were 77 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients as the research object, randomly divided into for 38 cases in the control group, 39 cases in observation group and control group underwent Tongxiening granule in the treatment, the observation group implementation of Tongxie Ning plus fluoxetine treatment and analysis of two groups of patients with curative effect. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 92.31%, significantly higher than the control group, the total efficiency was 71.05%, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）; before treatment, two groups of patients with SDS and SAS scores showed no difference, after treatment, symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved, but the observation group was significantly better than that of controls（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients take Tongxiening with antidepressant drug treatment, the effect significantly, can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with psychological, so as to improve the clinical efficacy, worthy of further promotion.
