T细胞斑点检测结核技术辅助诊断结核性脑膜炎的临床价值 被引量：1

摘要 收治的35例结核性脑膜炎(TBM,TBM组)及21例非结核性脑膜炎(非TBM组)患者为研究对象,对其行T-SPOT试验,比较两组阳性检出率。TBM组T-SPOT试验阳性检出率88.57%(即敏感性),与非TBM组的4.76%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T-SPOT试验检测结核性脑膜炎具有敏感性高、检测快速等特点。
